But why e-mail someone a possibly large presentation file when you can
instead just post it on the web and then just send the recipient a URL?
Flash is of course ideal for this, but Powerpoint actually also has a decent
"Save as HTML..." interface in which a wizard takes you through a range of
useful options. Furthermore, you can then have more control over ensuring
that the recipient is watching the most recent version of the presentation,
and are not burdening the recipient with constantly sending over new copies.
