Apologies for the cross-posting, but I thought you'd all find it
interesting (validating? ;) that the Washington Post's Web site has
published the results of a study providing empirical evidence that the
infamous Palm Beach County ballot was, in fact, confusing. (The link
appears "above the fold" on the site, but I don't know if or where it
appears in hard copy.)
