Michael,
Check out the online resume builder for Monster.com. It's not very fancy
graphically speaking, but I found it easy to use and navigate...and I think
it fills each of your requirements. It was also one of the easiest online
resumes to edit after posting. One of the neatest features is viewing the
growing resume in a separate window. The process is somewhat wizard-ish, but
unobtrusively so in my opinion.
