Hi all,
First let me introduce myself, as I'm new to the list =) - My name is Alison
Andela Heittman, and I'm an Information Architect currently on hiatus here
in foggy Northern Virginia.
Anyway, I ran across a release announcing Forrester's new eBusiness
TechRankings report, which I thought might be of interest. They're covering
a number of topics, including Content Management, which I've seen mentioned
as I've been lurking the last few days. In Forrester's words, "eBusiness
TechRankings cuts through the hype and separates winners from losers with
detailed analysis presented in a customizable research database." It looks
like they update the information with each major product release, so the
information stays timely and accurate.
Their information on Commerce Platforms is available now, with Content
Management coming out next month and Application Servers and Customer
Service Applications in December. Should be valuable information.
