I agree that it's impossible to set up a standard notation for these blueprints,

it depends on the prodution team, the project itself, and the client too.

I always try to get as much feedback as possible from the prduction team
as i can about my project definitions, and the current model shown is
the result of that constant feedback.

What i think is important here is not that we set up a standard, but that each
of
us gets to know all the different approaches we've come to, and then analyze
which model fits best for our particular situation.
