How about Intranets.com, I am teaching a class and I use it to distribute
documents, email and post discussions.

There is a 25mb limit.

I'd like to keep the discussion here, if possible, but I know the
limitations of
the listserv. Would it be too much trouble for each person to put their
documents
on a server and everyone could just exchange url's? This would be more
efficient in
a number of ways.
