Good electronics?

I normally have everything through mikes, and all recorded. But not video.
 That's something you will have to arrange yourself.

And if this is to be C-Span like coverage, you will need more than one
camera to avoid the "talking head," and then there is post shoot editing,
etc. This is not an easy or inexpensive proposition.
