that's a charming image...

good code has a lot to do wiht the customer experience.... how many times
have you been annoyed by a JavaScript error message, or a slow download from
a site that had almost no graphics (but was built by FrontPage, or another
such wysiwyg that creates 5 times as much code as necessary)

designers need to respect propellerheads, and geeks need to respect the
"artists"

And IA's need to keep their eye on the big picture.

At Hot Studio, we work together as a team --IA, designer, tech lead and
project manager-- with a great deal of respect for each other's opinions as
domain experts, as well as those as humans and users.
