Gartner (based in Stamford, CT) is currently seeking a
Principal Information Architect who will focus on Gartner's Internet and
other interactive offerings. Responsibilities include the establishment
and
maintenance of a world class information architecture, information
design,
and UI design across all of Gartner's electronic offerings. Contributing
to
Gartner's success in interactive offerings, the Principal Information
Architect will also establish a center of excellence in Information
Architecture within Gartner, overseeing best practice methodologies and
processes in information architecture, information design, UI design,
and
usability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in
Human
Computer Interaction, with strong analytical skills and an understanding
of
technology as an enabler ( specifically Web technologies, content
management, and XML ). Strong leadership and communication skills are a
