I'm interested in doing a site audit prior to user
testing and future development.

What is your general process for doing a site audit?
For example, do you test scenarios to identify issues
with the structure, navigation, messaging, etc? What
are the objectives and criteria for evaluation. How do
you support your findings without user testing? How
can a general site audit direct UE development?

Can you recommend resources - sites, books specific to
site audits?
