if use cases are of a particular interest to you within the UML, check
Constantine and Lockwood's white paper on style and use.
Chuck,
i would like to discuss use case maps more, as i have not been on a team
that used them.
it seems, at first glance, that they are a combination of diagrams from
the
UML. what is your experience with them?
anyone?
